Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Apymetri's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Apymetri by BringAuto provides advanced AI-powered SBOM (Software Bill of Materials) validation and completion services designed for mission-critical environments in Aerospace, Railway, and Healthcare industries.

These terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

Service Description

  • Apymetri provides AI-powered Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) validation and completion services
  • SBOM analysis, validation, and enhancement using artificial intelligence
  • Integration with existing cybersecurity tools and SBOM management systems
  • Linux Kernel CVE filtering and analysis services (coming soon)
  • On-premise and cloud-based deployment options

User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate project information and SBOM data
  • Maintain confidentiality of access credentials
  • Use services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Report security vulnerabilities or service issues promptly
  • Ensure proper licensing compliance for analyzed software components

Data Protection & Privacy

  • Customer data remains on customer infrastructure when using on-premise deployment
  • We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data
  • No customer source code or proprietary information is stored on our systems without explicit consent
  • Data processing complies with GDPR and applicable privacy regulations
  • Customer retains full ownership and control of their SBOM data

Limitation of Liability

  • Services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind
  • Apymetri is not liable for decisions made based on SBOM analysis results
  • Users are responsible for verifying and validating all security recommendations
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months
  • We are not responsible for third-party integrations or external tool functionality

Intellectual Property

  • Apymetri retains ownership of its AI algorithms and analysis methodologies
  • Customer data and SBOM information remain the property of the customer
  • Generated reports and analysis results belong to the customer
  • Use of our services does not grant rights to our proprietary technology
  • Respect for open-source licenses and third-party intellectual property rights

Service Availability

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime for cloud-based services
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
  • On-premise deployments availability depends on customer infrastructure
  • Support is provided during business hours (CET/CEST timezone)
  • Emergency security issues receive priority support regardless of time
